MAKE FRAMEWORTHY ART USING THE SUN TO BLEACH DESIGNS ON PAPER.
MATERIALS
Leaves, flowers, and grasses
Colorful construction paper
Plastic wrap or large acrylic sheet, such as plexiglass
SAFTEY TIPS & HINTS
— This experiment works best on a sunny day when the Sun is directly overhead.
PROTOCOL
STEP 1: Collect flowers and leaves with interesting shapes.
STEP 2: Set some colorful construction paper on a sidewalk or other flat spot in the Sun.
STEP 3: Place your flowers and leaves on the paper in any design. (Fig. 1)
